hā hā prabhu koro doyā karuṇā sāgara
michā māyā jāle tanu dahiche āmāra
হা হা প্রভু কর দয়া করুণা সাগর
মিছা মায়া জালে তনু দহিছে আমার
हा हा प्रभु कोरो दया करुणा सागर
मिछा माया जाले तनु दहिछे आमार
My body and mind burns in a network of material illusions. O master, please be merciful and save me.
kobe heno daśā hobe sakhī sańga pābo
vṛndāvane phula gāńthi dońhāke porābo
কবে হেন দশা হবে সখী সঙ্গ পাব
বৃন্দাবনে ফুল গাঁথি দোঁহাকে পরাব
कबे हेनो दशा हबे सखी सङ्ग पाबो
वृन्दावने फुल गाँथि दोंहाके पोराबो
When will I attain the association of the gopis? When will I string flower garlands in the forest of Vrindavana, and then place those garlands on the necks of the Divine Couple?
sanmukhe rohiyā kobe cāmara ḍhulābo
aguru candana gandha dońhe ańge dibo
সম্মুখে রহিয়া কবে চামর ঢুলাব
অগুরু চন্দন গন্ধ দোঁহে অঙ্গে দিব
सन्मुखे रोहिया कबे चामर ढुलाबो
अगुरु चन्दन गन्ध दोंहे अङ्गे दिबो
When will I meet the Divine Couple face-to-face? When will I fan Them with a camara whisk? When will I anoint Their limbs with aguru, sandalwood paste, and other fragrant substances?
sakhīra ājñāya kobe tāmbūla yogābo
sindūra tilaka kobe dońhāke porābo
সখীর আজ্ঞায় কবে তাম্বূল যোগাব
সিন্দুর তিলক কবে দোঁহাকে পরাব
सखीर आज्ञाय कबे ताम्बूल योगाबो
सिन्दूर तिलक कबे दोंहाके पोराबो
When, following the gopis' orders will I offer betel-nuts to the Divine Couple? When will I draw artistic tilaka markings in red sindura on the Divine Couple's foreheads?
vilāsa kautuka keli dekhibo nayane
candra-mukha nirakhibo bosāye siḿhāsane
বিলাস কৌতুক কেলি দেখিব নয়নে
চন্দ্র-মুখ নিরখিব বসায়ে সিংহাসনে
विलास कौतुक केलि देखिबो नयने
चन्द्र-मुख निरखिबो बोसाये सिंहासने
When, with my own eyes, will I see the Divine Couple jubilantly perform pastimes? When will I see Their moonlike faces as They sit on Their thrones?
sadā se mādhurī dekhi manera lālase
koto dine hobe dayā narottama dāse
সদা সে মাধুরী দেখি মনের লালসে
কত দিনে হবে দয়া নরোত্তম দাসে
सदा से माधुरी देखि मनेर लालसे
कतो दिने हबे दया नरोत्तम दासे
My heart longs to see Their sweetness. How many days must pass before They are compassionate on Narottama dasa?
